2. Ordering

Orders can be placed through our website at any time.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12:00pm on a working day on the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends or public holidays, will usually be dispatched on the next working day.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

3. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are typically 1–2 working days, although delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate the matter with the courier.

4. Stock Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable or there is an issue with your order, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative product or provide a refund.

5. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications displayed on our website are accurate.

However, minor variations in colour, packaging, or appearance may occur. We reserve the right to update or modify product information at any time.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Right to Cancel (Non-Personalised Items)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned in their original packaging where possible

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns.

7. Personalised Items

Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

This is because personalised goods are exempt from cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

  • As described

  • Fit for purpose

  • Of satisfactory quality

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

9. Refunds

Once returned goods are received and inspected, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds will normally be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
